These very special sisters melted my heart. Big sister, Courtney, contacted me to do a photo shoot with Caitlin at their home, as a surprise Christmas gift for their parents. Seeing the love between these two was nothing short of inspiring.

Thanks again, Courtney and Caitlin. I hope your mom and dad enjoy these as much as I do.

Courageous Homekeeping

My friend Kristi recently launched a new website called Courageous Homekeeping with a couple of her girlfriends. They asked me to do a funky photo shoot for them, and how could I say no?!

I had SUCH a great time photographing these beautiful women (and I think they had fun too!)

Special thanks to Alli for being an amazing assistant, and to Doreen, for letting us use her property. Also thanks to the big dog, who didn't eat us, when he found us climbing on his master's rusty old truck without permission. ;o)

Giving Back

I was honored to be asked to be the event photographer for the Portland American Diabetes Association's walk fundraiser. It was an amazing event, with some really amazing stories of people living with diabetes.
